Author Biography

Marta Knobloch, poet and writer, is a mother who remembers with pleasure the comical reactions of her sons to their first encounters with the wildlife of the Chesapeake Bay region. This collection of poems for children was inspired by those memories. Marta has won prizes internationally for her poems and ecological fables for young people.
